How do you add someone that says this "This person only allows friends for group invitations." What exactly do I do? Im new to myspace.

You can't add them to a group w/o being their friend because it obviously says they don't want to be added. If you mean added as a friend you just click the link on their profile. Then after you do that you can send them a group invite.
