Gaps between slices |

Hello. After adding slices to a .PSD file in ImageReady, then saving the optimized file (Format: .HTML and Images), the slices appear with gaps between them after I assign a link to the slices in Adobe GoLive. The Snap and Snap To are checked (ImageReady>View>Snap&Snap To), but the gaps persist. Any recommendations?
