unhide friends, comments and blogs Options

I use this layout. I like it though my friends and comments are hidden..and my blog list. How to I un-hide them? someone please help me.

When using a layout like the one you gave a link to thats the only content that you can available is what the designer has on the layout. As you can see in the preview:

That's the only content that you can have on those types of layouts, if you would like your blogs to show perhaps make a link to your blogs visible on your profile. Or well since there is already one in your navigation on that layout just make sure to put your friend ID where it says XXXX. Now for your friends and comments if you would like those to be visible you may want to contact the designer of the layout and ask whether or not you can make them visible or if she would do on her own. If not and you have contacted her and she said it was fine I'm sure myspace staff with further help you in putting them up on the layout.

Also it would be best if you ask permission of the designer before altering their layout.
