Pop ups, I just can't figure this one out Options

Ok this is probably a simple thing but how do you get pop-up pages on you site say i want to to make a layout and to previw it you have to have a pop-up page how do i do that.

What kind of Pop-Up page do you want? Like a Splash Page? Or just merely a dailog box that pop-up and you press "OK" to exit it?

First, assuming the site you have is a xanga, you'd have to host the layout on another site (or simply have the popup be an image that you click on).

The coding would be <a href="LINK HERE" target="new">CLICK.</a>

LINK HERE is obviously what you want to popup, target="new" makes it pop up in a new window. "CLICK." is clearly what you want linked (so that when people click on it, a new window will open.
