My pictures are all black and white on Windows computers??, my page looks different on mac's and windows. Options

I have a Mac and my i just got my page to look how i wanted it to! but when i looked at it from a windows computer it was different! my pictures are all black and white! on my mac everything is in color! how can i change it so that on windows there is color too?
