Oooh! The scrolling & links are awesome! I don't really like the front page design, but the rest is really nice. thumbsup.gif

I like how you have everything matching on the splash page, but it just seems like their is too much. All of which can actually be on the inside of the site. It would also be nice if the splash page matched the theme of the actual page. The actual layout is ok though, the menu is a little out of place, but as long as its always visible w/o having to scrolldown then its all good. :]

The scrolling is actually a little disorienting for me, but I like the layout overall. I think you should fix up the splash page - first of all, it's too bright to match the actual layout, and having the images based off the same background doesn't look good.

I like how its a horizontal layout, although the images you used seem a bit low in quality and I don't like how you used the same image as the background on the content part. I think it would have been neat to blend a really long collage of images as the background and let it stretch as the background for that instead of using the same two/one image as the content background over and over so much that its noticeable. Scrolling thing is a nice touch _smile.gif

I love the horizontal look as well, all though that blue color for the updates doesn;t really go.

Nice job though.
