Mona and I were talking about how much we daydream when we're reading a book. We were wondering if you guys ever get caught by your parents or by a teacher accidentally daydreaming. It doesn't have to be just a book, it can be about a movie, a song, or maybe something you're writing. laugh.gif

I daydream so often that no one knows it. But then I get bored of daydreaming and actually pay attention to what is going on.

Haha a few times in math, my teacher would call on me to answer a question, and BAM I get out of my day dreaming stance and I ask him to repeat the question. Gosh I hate it when that happens.

I get caught daydreaming in class sometimes, and by my mom when she is talking some times. I love day dreams.

For some reason, I don't really daydream all that much. I just.. do other things (like cB!) when I'm supposed to be doing homework, etc. If I'm bored and I'm reading a textbook or whatever, I'll just stop and move on to something else.

Not when I'm reading books, but when I'm like, listening to my music all I ever end up doing is laying down on my bed daydreaming and then all of a sudden my brother walks in and is like "Turn down the volume! I can hear it from the other room!" laugh.gif

Of course, I was captured in my daydream that I never noticed that there was still music in the background. (:

Ahahaha. It happens often! It's not the same as feeling what the character feels due to excellent writing or wanting to be the character, you are the character. In the past, I've daydreamed that I was Hermione on a date with Harry. Shh!

^LOLOLOL! rofl1.gif Mona, that's awesome.

Most memorably I have daydreamed that:

1. I walked in on Harry and Cho about to kiss and so they ended up being too embarrassed to do anything. dance.gif
2. I won tickets to go backstage with the One Tree Hill cast and I totally became best friends with them.
3. Daniel Radcliffe saw me do some kind act and so he took me to meet the whole cast and we totally hit it off.

I am so sure that last one's gonna' come true.

I don't really daydream I've come to notice. At least in school. I do it at the computer for some odd reason or when i'm watching a movie though. pinch.gif

Hahaha, omg guys I thought I was the only one who did that! Except my day dreams always have Draco/Tom Felton in them! Kayce, I've actually had that same day dream about Danrad taking me to meet the rest of the cast because of an audition I had! Hahaha! I'm hopeless. blush.gif

I tend to be quite the scatter-brained type, although how far I drift away depends on what I am doing and how familiar I am with it. I normally do one thing while thinking about another three, to the point I have sometimes driven to work and I can't remember anything about the driving I have just done like right after getting out of the car :'D.

Our class voted on a small spelling thing, so our teacher would call on a random person and tell him/her to spell a word. Well I was daydreaming and she called on me, saying, "Why, Moeko, would you like to answer?" and I didn't hear the word.. so I got a lecture about how I should pay attention more and how I wasted the class's time. [Because if I was listening, at least 5 other people could've gone]. Geez _dry.gif

I was taking a mid-term for English class and I was in the middle of writing an essay to the question. Well, I just sat there and stared at the tip of my pencil and I sat there for about five minutes, doing absolutely nothing. And I snapped out of it because my cellphone started to vibrate and I jumped a little so my friends got startled when I jumped in my seat. It's pretty weird.

I day dream about food and making out with Seth Green. What's bizarre is that he's typically using that voice he uses as "Chris" in Family Guy in my day dreams. ermm.gif

I typically day dream when I'm work. It doesn't take a tremendous amount of brain power to run all the daily audits when I first come in. So until the coffee kicks in, it's me and "Chris."

I daydream a lot in church especially when it's the sermon. I only actually listen if it directly applies to me.
....I usually daydream about my boyfriend =P
