What was the point of bringing up that it was nearly removed? If it was removed, that would be something. It would be unfair as well--you could take that ish to the supreme court. Either way, I was stating that I believed that the statement was true, not that my history book thought it was true. More like my history book gave me the facts and let me form my own opinion. You know, like I had a brain or something to think with.
