The font won't change to any other size Options

I'm guesing that somewhere in the layout code that I have there's a certain "setting" or whatever you want to call it that makes it so the font stays the same size.

Where in the layout do I find that?

^ my xanga. The part that says "Welcome to oohitzsam__quotes" should be size 5... and the "Updates" and "Rules" should be, too.
