Okay, so lately I haven't been really hungry at all for anything. It's been like this for about 2 1/2 weeks and I'm seriously wondering if something's wrong with me. I've only eaten like 2 full meals this week and when I do get hungry (about twice a day), I eat something small and I get full very quickly. Sometimes I may even get sick after I eat.

It goes away sometimes and I get really hungry when it does, but when I try to eat a full meal, I start to feel sick/full again.

I drink a lot of water now because it's the only thing that doesn't make me full so fast. I've lost like 5 pounds already from not eating and I'm already underweight as it is. I promise I'm not starving myself. I love food and I wouldn't even think of doing that. I hope this is just a phase and it will go away soon.

Does anybody know what's wrong? _unsure.gif

Depression? Chain smoking cigarettes?

There could be many factors for your metabolism situation.

I could say try eating more meals, but smaller. Like 5-8 meals a day. But that might not even fix your metabolism situation.

Moved to Health.

My friend has the same problem. I'd hate to jump to conclusions, but she found out that she had an eating disorder and she takes pills in order to feel hungry and be able to eat. If it keeps on happening I think you should just see the doctor.
