Ill be honest. Now that sports season is over i start to put on pounds and i get arond the average weight and stuff and i want to be able to maintain (if not complete fitness (6-pac)) at least be skinny rather than average tbh i play soccer and i get like low average weight but when i stop i get high average. its not a thing about it stoping me to play good.. regardless of my weight i outrun and outscore half the ppl in the league but i just want to be able to be more fit and stuff.

anyone got any advice or any plans they do im 15 turning 16 ...

spring is coming guys and seriously girls dont wana see guys that arent fit and stuff in pool parties and shit and i just had fun and just ate and went out all day and ate junkfood and lost control and gained some weight.... im defintly not fat i just wana be like really fit

Get a treadmill. Take steps.

Or if you are in a nice sunny place unlike here which is exactly 10 degrees F, then go run.

If running outside doesn't seem pleasant, get a dog.

If you have a gym, then the exercise plan is already laid out right in front of you. You just work on each machine for a certain amount of time and that is it.

Why don't you use your soccer training as a guideline for your weekly excercise at the gym? Sure, it might feel weird without the team effort and the coaching but I'm sure you'll pick up the rhythm again.
