![]() So both IRL and on cB, I've noticed a lot of pushes for objectvity, which is perfectly fine for me. Personally, I believe I'm pretty able to look at things objectively, but that doesn't mean I'm flawless; I can recount a couple of stand-out moments where I definitely let my emotions get the best of me. But at the same time, isn't it okay sometimes to release that objectivity and let your emotions get "in the way"? Doesn't that make us more human? Emotions can make us care more, and by caring more, sometimes that's when real, working results happen. The best example is with relationships, that very corny "Follow your heart." saying is a real mantra that millions use. Of course, though, objectivity is big plus in several situations; nobody likes the overly emotionally attached. So, how able are you to be objective? What situations have you let your emotions guide you to the right way? |
