Okay I want to create my own personal website. I plan on using Dreamweaver and Photoshop to design it. All I need to know is what is the best domain website to get my website name from that's cheap/expensive but reasonable. Is hosting where you put the code for your website, or is it a person who makes the website for you? I know it sounds like I don't know anything, but I just want to make sure I know what I'm talking about. Thanks in advance
