Friend display pic troubles Options

Hello, Im having trouble trying to figure out how to put in pics for my friends. Heres my myspace: www.myspace.com/wfsirett. and heres the layout im trying to put up: http://www.createblog.com/layouts/download.php?id=13809

So, basically, I put in my friends url wherever it asked for it, for my 8 top friends, but, I can figure out how to put up images. Ive tried a few random things, but because I dont know scripting at all, its pretty much a guessing game. So, if anyone could help me out, it would be much appreciated. oh, haha, I also am trying to figure out how to put my music on there without disturbing the image. If you could help me with that too, it would be much appreciated!!
