FIREFOX & IE COMPATABLE ?, i need to know how to make it visable in both Options

ok - so here's the problem.

i made mysapce for my boyfriend's new band and in firefox it looks totally awesome.

buttt - in IE you can't see some of the pictures, and the .png images don't have a transparent background.

i could use some help!
