making layout viewable for both IE and Firefox Options

hello! the layout that I made for my myspace seems to only work in IE. Here are the screenshots:

When viewed in Firefox, there is no transparency in my text divs, everything is misaligned, my friends don't show up, my navigation on the right is messed up, my comments are screwed up, etc. There isn't a whole lot that works on my page...haha Is there any way I can make this layout work in both IE and Firefox??
