Myspace Layout Contribution Help, Cant upload screen shot |

This is my first time at this site. I have A LOT of layouts that i have created that i would like to submit. I tried to upload a screen shot for one of the layouts but it came back as error and that the image cant be cropped or taken in wide screen. The image was not cropped and i don't have a wide screen. What can i do?
