hi my name is ROB i thought this would be the best way to talk about the way TREK has had a profound effect on the way i live my life a few years back with all the stress of such family life in the sense of having to take care of all the bills and the house plus everything else that goes with it at my age back then also the stress of working six days a week it started with anxiety or more to the point of panic attacks or stressing that i was going to have an attack i went through the doctors and they thought nothing of it so i had to get on with things in the best way i knew how and over the years as a trekkie for as long as i can remember it was my way of escaping reality even for just that short time of reading a book or building a model of the enterprise or go out on a spending spree to find what ever i could get my hands on regarding the subject so in a sense i owe alot to the great bird of the galaxy for what has been an inspriation and for alot of other people of whom i have come to know overthe years with all the SCI-FI groups that i know can call some of the best people that i can trust and respect trek and other sci-fi has touched us all on some level and in some way at some point in our livesit has become in essence the pinnacle that has turned things around in a awy i never thought possible nor that i realized it at the time so you see it can take the smallest things and the least you expect to make a difference if any one would like to comment please feel free to do so and if you wish to contact me directly my e-mail address is www.startrek@hotmail.com you have to enter it in the address bar as you see it son in the meantime MAKE IT SO!
