if youre trying to eat healthier/lose weight, which is more important to look at? the number of calories there is, or the number of fat calories?

i didnt know that there was both..

a normal person's calorie intake is about 2000. dont excede that limit. thats how you gain weight. same with grams of fat. a normal person's intake on that is about 60 grams. excede that and you gain weight.

It completely depends on your body's chemistry whether you should cute carbs, fats, sodium intake, calories, etc. I would suggest that you log what you eat (if you don't already) and just take a look at what you eat. You may find that you're lacking in some areas or have a tendency to eat too much of some type of thing. It's all about balance.

personally, i wouldn't look at calories but simply just the food you're eating. But if you're specifially counting your calories, don't forget to look at the number of servings you're taking in too.
