How do you put posts in a scroll box? Options

I have an aim profile site on xanga, and I was just wondering...how do you put the ENTIRE post in a scroll box. All I want to do is to be able to scroll down, because I have a lot of photos and code scroll boxes accumulating on one post. I've seen it done before, I just don't know how.

Everytime I put a scroll code, it messes up my code boxes and photos.
