Horizontal thin line??, How do you do it? Options

Right, I have done a div overlay and have included a few things on my profile now.

Now, I would like to include a horizontal pink line.

How do I go about doing this?

That usually creates lines. Does it for you ? If so I can then tell you how to change its color.
