Sorry to be mean, but what is your problem? You posted two previous topics calling a member out in each. Both were closed. Don't you learn from your mistakes? No, I guess not.
And why didn't I do anything about it? Because I don't stalk the Members' Photos thread. Ever think about using the report button? Or simply just giving a link to the post a moderator?
