I hope you know only a few fonts are web friendly...

And yes, the div layout bulletins are very helpful...

I think those are the easies around which were you trying to do and you should post here whe n you get confused. If you were trying the div layout don't unless you can do a regular layout. Lots try to jump right in and it doesn't well work out everytime.

Well first you need a </style> at the end of the code. Does that help fix some of it?

You also did the bracket parts wrong. But its an easy mistake.

{font-family:;Small Fonts font-size:;8px color:; black background-color:none text-transform:;uppercase text-decoration:;none font-weight:;none}

Lets look at font-family;small fonts. You have the ; after what it edits. It needs to be after small fonts. This should be it :
font-family: small fonts;

Same goes for font size, color, text-transform, text-decoration, and font-weight. You need to fix that for all of them.

.orangetext15 {font-family:Small Fonts; font-size:9px;color:black;background-color:none text-transform:uppercase; text-decoration:;none font-weight:;none}

Here I fixed it:
CODE
<style>
body{
background-color: white;
background-image: url(http://i12.tinypic.com/2z6sfw7.jpg);
background-attachment:fixed;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position:left;}font, body, table, td, div, h1, h2, br, a, p {font-family:Small Fonts; font-size:9px;color:black;background-color:none text-transform:uppercase; text-decoration:;none font-weight:;none}
.orangetext15 {font-family:Small Fonts; font-size:9px;color:black;background-color:none text-transform:uppercase; text-decoration:;none font-weight:;none}
.whitetext12 {font-family:Small Fonts; font-size:9px;color:black;background-color:none text-transform:uppercase; text-decoration:;none font-weight:;none}
.lightbluetext8 {font-family:Small Fonts; font-size:9px;color:black;background-color:none text-transform:uppercase; text-decoration:;none font-weight:;none}
.text {font-family:Small Fonts; font-size:9px;color:black;background-color:none text-transform:uppercase; text-decoration:;none font-weight:;none}
.nametext {font-family:Small Fonts; font-size:9px;color:black;background-color:none text-transform:uppercase; text-decoration:;none font-weight:;none}
.blacktext12 {font-family:Small Fonts; font-size:9px;color:black;background-color:none text-transform:uppercase; text-decoration:;none font-weight:;none}
.blacktext10 {font-family:Small Fonts; font-size:9px;color:black;background-color:none text-transform:uppercase; text-decoration:;none font-weight:;none}
.btext {font-family:Small Fonts; font-size:9px;color:black;background-color:none text-transform:uppercase; text-decoration:;none font-weight:;none}
.redtext {font-family:Small Fonts; font-size:9px;color:black;background-color:none text-transform:uppercase; text-decoration:;none font-weight:;none}
.redbtext {font-family:Small Fonts; font-size:9px;color:black;background-color:none text-transform:uppercase; text-decoration:;none font-weight:;none}</style>

If you want to edit the tables you should add the following to your about me. Then edit the #### to the colors.
CODE
<style type="text/css">
table, tr, td {background-color: transparent; border: 0px; padding:2;}
table table {border: 0px;}
table table table table{border: 0px;}

{The actual modules}
table table table {border: 1px solid; border-color: ######; background-color: ######; }
</style>

That will allow your background to show more.

But if you want to try a div go ahead. Just read the tutorial by infinite . Its the easiest to understand. :]
