More INFO: Users can host images, files and cursors or whatever using FTP, I do not want anyone to post images that will be used in layouts or icons with FTP..I require you to get Photobucket (which will be made into a Premium Account for Free), But anything else can go onto FTP but like I said NO hotlinked stuff...Just making that clear. I can also create a wordpress account for anyone, so if you are familiar with Wordpress or want something in particular that uses a databse, that's perfectly fine.

There's one catch, that is required on all subdomain/hosted sites...I have to put the admin's google ads on your page somewhere to pay for bandwidth and servers (currently have 3). Hope that is understandable! That's really the only thing.
