like those little things on it ruin the picture

If you have a lot of patience (which, no offense, it doesn't seem like you'd have) and a lot of time you can make very careful use of the clone tool to basically totally reconstruct the image.
But! Since those are there for a reason and it's a pain to remove them anyways, I suggest you just go find another image. |
