Senior Grad Project Ideas? Options

So I think this might go into food better because my SGP is on the subject of food.
The topic specifically is how geographical food impacts the body. I need to figure out an "application" part to it and I am having trouble with it. My original idea was to basically do a mock Super Size Me and eat like Mediterranean food for two weeks and see how I change and all that junk. I wrote it down into a proposal and gave it to my teacher, but she rejected it. Of course, I was a lot more in depth and was more specific about it, but regardless, she rejected it and I am stuck now. There is a requirement of an application portion of basically how I am going to be using the knowledge I am learning and demonstrates it in a good way. I am really having trouble thinking of ideas. I really like my topic and have done a ton a research on it and have my power point and activity and everything else done, it is just the application part that I am having a lot of trouble with and because I've done a lot with the rest of it, I don't think it would be wise to change the topic.
