everytime i try to install a layout, this keeps coming up.

Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
XML error message: The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup.

what does it mean by this?

i think the problem only applies to the blogs established AFTER upgrading.
i've got 2 blogs, one before upgrading and the other one after i upgrade and integrate it with my google account.

this is what under the "template" section of my new blog:

* Page Elements
* Fonts and Colors
* Edit HTML
* Pick New Template

and this is what under the old blog of mine:

* Edit HTML
* Pick New
* Customize Design
* AdSense

See?

so i think the problem is associate with the different code structure required by the old blogs and the updated ones...
(i've tried to change the codes on my old blog with another temoplate on createblog and it works perfectly)

unfortunately, i'm not a coder so...
i'm also asking for help since all the codings on createblog only works for my older blog, but not the new one.
