I tried a search on here, I dont know if this has been addressed before.
I currently have 309 friends, however when I click "view all my friends" it says only 276, even when i view the friends off the profile itself still only shows 276. Even when I add new friends the overall number will change from like 308 to 309 but again when i click "view all my friends" that 276 number never changes. Anyone experience this or know how to fix it?? |

Its a myspace error you can't fix. If I were you I'd just ignore it. Its not a real big deal how many you have. If you really want it to be accurate, start counting yourself . Both numbers can be wrong anyway so yea.

I would ignore it, but since the number doesnt change it must be removing previous friends when new friends are added

I don't think its doing that. See when your friends delete their profiles, sometimes the number doesn't change which can explain why you see a high number and then a low one. If people delete you same thing.
But there is nothing we can do about it. All you can do is contact myspace. Don't count on a reply though, some people get them! Others just don't. |

well, if it is only showing me 276 and it never changes, and it shows the new friends being added, and i can see them in the list, something must be happening, cuz that number never changes, so i can only assume that the old ones are disappearing...i added 20 friends today and it didnt even carry over to the next page so those 20 got fit into the existing 7 pages when page 7 was already full

As I said before . Myspace error. All you can do is contact them, we can't really provide a fix for you. Its a bug they have.
You can search the myspace forums, but I suggest just contacting them first. |
