DIV OVERLAY PROBLEM! Options

so, i was trying to use a DIV overlay for myspace that I made myself. I've done this about 5 times before but for some reason it won't work this time. and i don't know what is wrong with my code. i've done it before and i've never had any problems. HELP PLEASE
