the last whale its heart on the top its a heart shape from PS
u can make the white clouds with a white sircle brush just bursh ceveral times in different sizes.. or simply make it a brush yourself. |

I think most of them are drawn/vectored
the lightning in the lightning and rainbow one are also custom shapes in PS |
