All the free hosting web sites I see require that you have to have examples of your work, but I'm just now starting out creating websites and I was going to use some type of free hosting to help start me off. There are programs that I've found but they won't work with the two hosting websites I have.....actually it names them specifically saying that these programs wont work. Is there anyone who could help me find a free hosting site? It would a great help!

What you want is not people with domains, more like freewebs, geocities, host ultra, etc.
