I made it with the tutorials on here, but i have a feeling im missing something, even though everything is showing up. I have looked at other layouts & they had like "table" codes & "link" codes, is that supposed to be in there?

CODE
<style>Body{background-image:

url("");}</style>

<div class="bg" style="position: absolute; left:22%; top:50%;

width:580px; height:730px; overflow: hidden;">
<img

src="">
</div>

<div class="content" style="position: absolute; left:%;  top:%;

width:000px; height:000px; overflow: auto;"><center>
CONTENT FOR DIV.
</div>

<div class="content" style="position: absolute; left:%;  top:%;

width:000px; height:000px; overflow: auto;"><center>
CONTENT FOR DIV.
</div>

<div class="content" style="position: absolute; left:%;  top:%;

width:000px; height:000px; overflow: auto;"><center>
CONTENT FOR DIV.
</div>

<div class="content" style="position: absolute; left:%;  top:%;

width:000px; height:000px; overflow: auto;"><center>
CONTENT FOR DIV.
</div></style>

Uhm yea, your probably going to need the codes to show the links and the table colors...

and therse nothing wrong with the code you posted except everything isn't positioned to anywhere.

Tables are the divs. You don't add table codes. When you read other peoples codes you have to know what your reading. The only times people really use tables is when they use image slicing or just use tables. You can make divs look like tables. You add however many tables you want. Its your layout.

You can easily customize the div to make it look like a table by doing so in your css.

Whatever you want. Look at the divs layouts here to get ideas. Most people put links, about them, comments, friends, etc, music, slideshows. I suggest you don't position with percents either. Just because lots of people have bad experiences with it.

Yup. The div tutorial here by Holly explains everything you need. Anything more is just for your own prefrence.
