You see those tiny little words I guess.
I'm assuming they're words.
I tried doing that in Photoshop, and it kinda came out bad.
Are those really texts just sized down?
Or is it something else?
........... Sorry haha.

Some are premade brushes. You can find icon tiny text brushes.
A bunch of site shere. Also search livejournal icon communities, etc.

Well in photoshop you can type in the number for a font size so you can probabaly make text really small . Like 1-2pt. Or you can use the free transfrom? Tool-ish thing and make it even smaller.

There isnt really a specific font, just mess around a little with the fonts.
Some cursive ones look really cool, and Arial/tahoma/etc look fine too.
