ONE TOO MANY TIMES BEFORE….

One too many times before
This feeling takes away
The words.
The Emotions.
And the things I say.

The times we used to have.
Feel like they are no more.
My Heart.
My Mind.
Does not know what’s in store.

The Abuse.
The Pain.
Takes almost all love away.
But then came a person.
Who knows why I feel this way.


They Help Me.
They stop me.
From doing stupid things.
And In return I give them,
The words I’m about to sing

One too many times before.
This feeling takes away.
The Anger.
The Hate.
The sorrow.
Goes away.

And I think to myself.
That when I’m feeling weak,
I can turn to them.
To bring me back to my feet.
