My page needs help with comments and friends list Options

hi everyone,

im having a problem .. i found a code for centering my comments and my friends list in the center of the profile .. but it didnt work .. does anyone know what the problem is?
and umm .. how do i get my comments back to show .. i have no idea what happened! lol!
