I don't see how it could be a sin. Of course it's not something that would help you or anyone else, but I don't understand how it could be offending God in any way... look at how many people do it. If that were true, Hell would be overflowing... or something.

For those who didn't know, even if you're a sinner, you can still enter heaven by seeking forgiveness in God. Repentence is the life of a Christian. Even moses had his temptations but he's up in Heaven enjoying eternity. A lot of the priests I've known in my life mention this during the homily. I don't know why you guys assume you have to reach the status of a saint to enter heaven.
