TINY PICTURES!?!?!*confused face*, all the pictures are so tiny...why? Options

I found this layout and I really like it and went and put it in my about me and was excited and went to look and make sure everything was right on my page after I put it in and I was horrified to see that all of the picture on there are abosulutely tiny. I haven't the slightest clue what in the code would make them all tiny, so I was hoping someone on here could help me by telling me what I can change or remove to make my pictures all normal sizes. Even my friends pictures beside there comments are tiny. They're all tiny, arg. I would really appreciate the help.
