lately, whenever i try to go onto a website (mostly createblog and myspace), a lot of the pictures are blanked out with the little xed out square in the corner. im not sure if there's something wrong with IE or not, but i know it's not my internet connection or anything. id appreciate any advice on how to solve my problem. =]

Well, in Firefox, there's this option to block images.. I'm not sure if IE has that though..
Try right clicking and selecting 'Display image with full quality' or 'View image'. And have you tried refreshing it? If it works after you refresh it, it's most likely a problem with your connection. |

^ i tried right-clicking on it and choosing "show picture" but it still doesn't work. also, for some reason the fast reply doesn't pop up. at the bottom left corner it says "error on page".

Oh, it's a javascript error. I'm 99% sure of it.
Try Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. There should be something like 'Use java' Check that off, if it's not already checked off. Or 'Restore advanced settings' toward the bottom. It's sorta hard to correct these problems in IE, but it's easier in Firefox. I suggest you get Firefox. |

It'd be sorta hard and well.. you might lose some important files on the way.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318378 Maybe you can try downloading IE7 if you haven't already? |

Try clearing your cache first.
