Why was this closed o_O
Matters what kind of layout you would like to make, if its a div more than likely your going to have to make something in photoshop, and if so tell me and I can move this to the place this needs to be If its just a normal layout with no graphics what so ever, then well yea all it is, is coding. |

Usually, the designing portion of layouts like the graphics and everything is done on Photoshop or some program like that.
Coding is like putting it all together and placing things where you want, how you want them. |

Some coding can be done in photoshop though, if you use image mapping, etc.

The photoshop is not needed unless you want to add a contact table, or a extended network banner. Or just random additions to your profile.
