Blog Moves in Firefox Options

I'm used to coding in IE but a lot of my friends use Firefox so I'd like to fix this. I did look at all the other IE vs. Firefox topics started but I can't figure it out myself.

My blog is supposed to fit in the white rectangle space. In IE it's perfectly fine. In Firefox my blog goes all over the place.

And the way I'm putting in the background image is by putting http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v440/jiaho93/cork.jpg in the background image thing in Xanga... no repeat, don't scroll, etc.
