Stolen Createblog.com Layouts, On Ebay! Options

Not sure where this belongs, but...i was reading someone's blog how stupid people are selling myspace layouts on ebay, i clicked the link, and then when i was looking at the first entry i realized that all the layouts were from createblog.com and that they were all by different layout makers. panicked, etc...so i was like, omg these have all been ripped off. is this person actually doing this? i can't believe it. and then i looked at the sellers history and they have SOLD those layouts many times and have made money off of them. what a bunch of crap. there's just no safe way to let the "good" people use your layouts for free. i wanna do something, but don't know what. lol. i e-mailed ebay and told them.

1st- 100% positive is imposisble to get.
2nd- its' all seeded. bogus accounts. etc.
3rd. almost all of it is from sellers.

It costs 12 bucks to put that on eBay, she/he is making a profit of $-11.01... That in itself will teach them a lesson. Also, you guys dint have proper copyright laws on the layouts themselves, and the images if taken from another site, either photoshopped or not, is another loophole.

I had a problem kinda like this with eBay UK, and it never got resolved.

Thanks very much. I've e-mailed ebay customer support staff and included a list of links to all the layouts that have been submitted and are being sold on the site. I should be getting a response within the next two days.

But as far as the whole thing on E bay I am not sure they are copyrighted? so I do not think what he/she is doing is aginst the law??? you can sure try and see maybe right he/she on e bay and see what they say...maybe write E bay and see what they can do...
