Skinny Layout Tables Options

I succeeded in making a skinny layout, but the problem is that in the comments, half of the table is devoted to the commentor's picture and the other half to the actual comment. I'm trying to make it so that it's 30/70 instead of 50/50 because there is a lot of empty space. The same thing happens when I try to write things in the "Heroes, Music, TV" etc. Is there anything in the code that did this? What I did was use the CSS template from the skinny layout template here on Createblog.

Any help at all is appreciated . Especially since I planned to submit this layout to createblog but I can't bcos the problem I'm having is peeving me off >_<
