How can I get my pictures to show clearly? They`re all cloudy and I have a code from the scripts section but it doesn`t work correctly. Help please, =[ Options

Alright, that`s the code from the scripts section that`s supposed to let you change your default image to anything that you want.
I uploaded my picture and plugged it into the code, then I fixed the height and width.
The image is fine, I actually thought it worked until I scrolled down the page and noticed that my default picture was in place of the all of the pictures of the people in my top 8.
... Is there a way to at least fix this OR to have my default picture show up as clear as it is in my psp program?

I thought that maybe I was uploading it as the wrong type of file, but I tried both the png , and the jpg files and both ways my picture would show up blurry and disfigured.

Help .... please?
