But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God's holy people. notes -Your body is meant for Jesus, not sexual immorality. -Since masturbation is sexual in its very nature, and in sexual pleasure outside of marriage, it is therefore considered a HINT of sexual immorality, if not more than a hint. questions -Does masturbation, master you? Is it beneficial to you spiritually? -With your body that Jesus bought, do you honor him with it in regards to your sexuality? |

I agree completely with hangooksaram... He's got it down with the masturbation being a sin. Masturbation, lust, want, they are all sins, they are all pleasures of THIS world and will have their due punishment without repentance.

Almost everyone in the world lies... that's a sin. Just because a lot of people do it doesn't make it okay. The Bible is VERY clear about sexual sins. There is nothing wrong with sex IF it is within a holy, faithful, and abiding marriage between one man and one woman. However, acts of fornication (sex outside of marriage), adultery, lust, homosexuality, and other such acts are SIN. Wow, probably none of us are going to be able to go through a whole life without sinning... so the only path back to God is repentance

Masturbation is only a sin when it takes away from a relationship. Example 1. A married couple are trying to have children. The wife is ready to concieve the child but can't because the husband maturbated.
In teenagers it is not a sin because hormones are flying like crazy so it isnt healthy to try to suppress it. But if your really worried about sin, I think god would rather have you masturbate then have sex with anyone that isnt your partner |
