what program are u using? Like for me i use psp8.. so i would do a search on google. Put something like psp8 blinkies tutorial or something.. cause everytime i do that.. those glitter tutorial would popup too.

JASC Animation is easy to use. You can find animation (gif) tutorials in google.

i'm still goin fo imageready, it works pretty good, and if you have photoshop, it's bundled in wit it.
