um. breast cancer, wtf Options

Okay...I wanted to know if that whole thing about..."if you wear a bra to sleep, you are going to get breast cancer" is true..how accurate is that statement?!?!

I asked my sister, and she said, "breast cancer is mostly heredity....not if you wear a bra to sleep or not"...and then I asked my other friend, and she was like, "NO. IF YOU WEAR A BRA TO SLEEP, YOU ARE GOING TO GET BREAST CANCER AND DIE...LIKE MY AUNT!"..

I just really want to know..I've tried not wearing my bra to sleep, but it just feels so uncomfortable, because I'm so used to wearing it to sleep...but if it causes me to get breast cancer..then..ehh..
