Q about denim miniskirts |

Do mini skirts make ur legs look longer & slimmer?!
I'm particularly talking about this style & length of the mini skirt:   My problem is I'm short in height already (not even 1.6m & 18 yrs old), & my legs are short. What im concerned about is I'm not sure if mini skirts will make my legs look longer & slimmer or it'll just make my legs especially my thighs look bigger & worse... |

It really depends on the whole outfit and everything. Perhaps go try them on at a store and see how they look? Cause for me, I'm pretty short as well but some mini-skirts do make my legs look longer, while others don't...I think it also depends on what shoes you wear with them.

The shoes i'd wear with denim mini skirts would be like flip flops, sneakers & sports shoes.... i'm not good at wearing high heels...^_^"
i did try 1 that i liked on which was similar to the pictures i put up, it kind of did look ok on me.... but i still wasn't sure if it made my thighs bigger than they actually are & make my legs look shorter compared to wearing jeans........ I don't have any mini skirts.... ^_^" hardly any skirts either..... so thought i'd ask to see if anybody would know.... eh-heh! The mini skirts i see around in majority of shops are too short & make my hips look wider.... |

If you do wear one i think you should match it with strappy heals, a halter that's longer and a v-neck... and tie cup your hair with a big clip.... and maybe some long silver ear rings!

Honestly, I think they make your legs look stuby and bigger than what they are.

Hrmm.........
Because the Ben Sherman 1 I saw used to be AUS $99.95, & on sale its now $29.95.... so i was thinking about buying it..... like in summer can wear flip flops, sneakers & in winter can wear stockings under it & then boots..... Hrmm..... so there is a chance it'd make me look stubby....... because I got told that any girl can wear a mini skirt.... but I don't think thats always the case...... |

umm... i'm not sure. but wearing them with leggings, which a lot of girls do nowadays, definitely makes your legs look shorter.
wear them with black tights, pantyhose, whatever you call them (not footless). they make your legs look longer and slimmer. |

Yea, I've seen girls who wear it with leggings... tight pants or watever at knee length under the mini skirt.....
It makes them look stubby eventhough they're like heaps taller than me......... I was thinking of pantyhose/stockings too~ |

I think it makes you look fatter
 But skinny jeans ferr sho, make you look taller and slimmer. All my friends say I'm tall and thin already, but with my skinny jeans, they say I look like a stick. So if you are short and "chubby", I would have to suggest skinny jeans for best results

Im not really keen on the skinny leg jeans thing.
Apparantly it makes ur ass look way bigger. And if u don't have an ass, then u'd just look flat..... the back of the jeans would just sag whilst its all right around ur legs....... People with short stubby legs would'nt look good in them.... coz it makes them look shorter & stubbier..... |
