I need a layout Options

Okay so I am in the process of creating my first website and right now I'm figuring out what I want the layout to look like. I have an idea but I'm not sure exactly how to code it.

If anyone can help me out or code me a layout, I am willing to pay money.

So far...I know I want to use this graphic:



And I want the overall layout to look somewhat like this:



Not exactly like that, but I want the tables set up like that with the main blog area and the navigation on the side. I'm not sure what the color coordination should be like either with the graphic that I chose. I want it to match with the graphic and look nice of course.

But if anyone is willing to help me out, I would appreciate it and like I said, I will pay if you want.

Or if anyone has any better ideas for my graphic and or layout, then let me know. Thanks!
