Problem with table borders.. Options

I searched for this already, and I didn't find my answer anyway.. So, sorry if it's been asked before!

When I put in the code to block my blog,

it also gets rid of the border around my main profile (the about me/who i'd like to meet/comments part). Is there a way to get around that?
