i use psp and when ever i try to cut out people from the picture,but it never comes out right.what tools can i use and is there any specific directions to do this?thanks in advancee,i need the help.

Try using the "Freehand Tool" - you can select something using the Smart Edge, Point to Point, or Freehand drawing...

i dont really have a picture.like the thing that isnt going right is like for example,their hair.like little pieces of the hair isnt there and when i try to do a specific thing the shape gets ruined.

what do you mean? do you mean that when you cut out the little pieces of hair it doesn't look right?

i would recommend lasso on point to point.
